RLC-820A este o cameră IP Reolink de 8 MP (3840 × 2160), cu obiectiv fix de 4 mm.

Câteva date tehnice importante: iluminare IR de până la 30 m, compresie H.265/H.264, detecție inteligentă a persoanelor și vehiculelor, microfon încorporat, slot microSD de până la 512 GB, alimentare PoE (802.3af), protecție IP67 și funcționare între −10 și +55 °C. Ca gabarit, cântărește 468 g și are dimensiunile Φ105*95mm.

La ultima verificare, cel mai nou firmware pentru RLC-820A era V3.1.0.5223 build 250807 (03.09.2025). Pagina se actualizează zilnic din lista oficială Reolink.

Modelul are mai multe variante hardware (RLC-820A (IPC_523128M8MP), RLC-820A (IPC_56064M8MP)) cu firmware diferit: alege varianta trecută pe eticheta aparatului.

Actualizarea se face din aplicația Reolink, din Reolink Client sau, la modelele care au, din interfața web; unele modele primesc firmware-ul doar online, din aplicație.
