Din fișa tehnică reținem: microfon încorporat, slot microSD de până la 64 GB, alimentare PoE (802.3at), consum maxim de 60 W, protecție IP66, rezistență la impact IK10 și funcționare între −50 și +55 °C. Aparatul are dimensiunile ø229 mm x 392 mm(H) {ø9-1/32 inches x 15-7/16 inches(H)}.

i-PRO oferă pentru WV-SW397 firmware-ul V2.48, lansat la 02.06.2018. Fișierul se descarcă direct de pe serverele i-PRO; IPCCTV nu găzduiește firmware.

Aceeași versiune de firmware este publicată pentru 5 modele.
