Din fișa tehnică reținem: microfon încorporat, slot microSD de până la 32 GB, alimentare PoE (802.3at), consum maxim de 43 W, protecție IP66, rezistență la impact IK10 și funcționare între −40 și +50 °C. Ca gabarit, are dimensiunile ø229 mm x 360.8 mm (H) (ø9-1/32" x 14-3/16" (H)), Diameter of the dome: 150 mm (5-29/32").

i-PRO oferă pentru WV-SW395 firmware-ul V2.50, lansat la 06.05.2018. Fișierul se descarcă direct de pe serverele i-PRO; IPCCTV nu găzduiește firmware.

Aceeași versiune de firmware este publicată pentru 5 modele.

Firmware-ul se încarcă de obicei din interfața web a aparatului sau din software-ul de administrare al producătorului.
