i-PRO oferă pentru WV-SF538 firmware-ul V2.48, lansat la 03.07.2019. Fișierul se descarcă direct de pe serverele i-PRO; IPCCTV nu găzduiește firmware.

Aceeași versiune de firmware este publicată pentru 4 modele.

Firmware-ul se încarcă de obicei din interfața web a aparatului sau din software-ul de administrare al producătorului.
