i-PRO WV-NP502 este o cameră IP cu rezoluție de 1 MP (800 × 600).

Câteva date tehnice importante: microfon încorporat, slot microSD de până la 16 GB, alimentare PoE (802.3af) și funcționare între −10 și +50 °C. Aparatul are dimensiunile 75 mm (W) x 65 mm (H) x 132.5 mm (D).

i-PRO oferă pentru WV-NP502 firmware-ul V2.44, lansat la 02.06.2018. Fișierul se descarcă direct de pe serverele i-PRO; IPCCTV nu găzduiește firmware.

Aceeași versiune de firmware este publicată pentru 2 modele.

Firmware-ul se încarcă de obicei din interfața web a aparatului sau din software-ul de administrare al producătorului.
