Modelul iDS-2CD7046G2/EP-IHSYR face parte din gama de camere IP Hikvision și oferă imagine de 4 MP (2688 × 1520), printr-un senzor 1/1.8" CMOS, cu obiectiv varifocal motorizat de 3,8–40 mm.

Din fișa tehnică reținem: iluminare IR de până la 120 m, WDR de 150 dB, compresie H.265+/H.265/H.264+/H.264, detecție inteligentă a persoanelor și vehiculelor, recunoaștere a numerelor de înmatriculare, slot microSD de până la 1 TB, 2 intrări / 2 ieșiri de alarmă, alimentare PoE (802.3bt) și protecție IP66. Ca gabarit, cântărește 4,49 kg și are dimensiunile 465.3 mm × 169.2 mm × 164.7 mm (18.3" × 6.7" × 6.5").

Hikvision oferă pentru iDS-2CD7046G2/EP-IHSYR firmware-ul V5.9.24 build 260901, lansat la 01.09.2026. Fișierul se descarcă direct de pe serverele Hikvision; IPCCTV nu găzduiește firmware.

Firmware-ul se încarcă din interfața web a aparatului (meniul de întreținere / upgrade), din SADP sau iVMS-4200 ori, la înregistratoare, de pe un stick USB din meniul local.
