Înainte de actualizare: verifică pe eticheta aparatului modelul exact și versiunea hardware și folosește firmware-ul din regiunea aparatului (de exemplu Global sau Europa). Un firmware greșit poate bloca aparatul. Nu întrerupe alimentarea în timpul actualizării.

Hikvision DS-3E1310P-EI/M(B) este un echipament de rețea, listat de producător la „Transmission / Network Switches”.

Câteva date tehnice importante: alimentare PoE (802.3af), consum maxim de 85 W și funcționare între 0 și +40 °C. Fizic, cântărește 540 g și are dimensiunile 217.6 mm × 27.6 mm × 108.5 mm (8.57'' × 1.09'' × 4.27'').

Hikvision oferă pentru DS-3E1310P-EI/M(B) firmware-ul V3.4.0 build 260319, lansat la 19.03.2026. Fișierul se descarcă direct de pe serverele Hikvision; IPCCTV nu găzduiește firmware.

Firmware-ul se încarcă din interfața web a aparatului (meniul de întreținere / upgrade), din SADP sau iVMS-4200 ori, la înregistratoare, de pe un stick USB din meniul local.
