Dahua oferă pentru IPC-PDBW82041-B360-S2 firmware-ul V3.100.0000000.63 build 260902, lansat la 02.09.2026. Fișierul se descarcă direct de pe serverele Dahua; IPCCTV nu găzduiește firmware.
Firmware-ul se încarcă din interfața web a aparatului (meniul de actualizare a sistemului), din ConfigTool sau, la înregistratoare, de pe un stick USB din meniul local.
