Ajax nu publică fișiere de firmware; actualizarea se face prin hub/aplicația Ajax. Funcții care cer firmware minim: Audio annunciations according to ANSI/SIA CP-01-2019 — from 5.60.5.00 to 6.0.0.0 and 6.56.1.57 sau mai nou.
Ajax nu publică fișiere de firmware: dispozitivele se actualizează automat prin hub, iar hub-ul primește noile versiuni OS Malevich prin internet, fără intervenția utilizatorului.
