Ajax nu publică fișiere de firmware; actualizarea se face prin hub/aplicația Ajax. Funcții care cer firmware minim: Notification of risk of fast battery discharge because of incorrect device installation — 7.58.5.14 sau mai nou.
Ajax nu publică fișiere de firmware: dispozitivele se actualizează automat prin hub, iar hub-ul primește noile versiuni OS Malevich prin internet, fără intervenția utilizatorului.
